Tomorrow will mark one full month of me being vegetarian and eating healthy, organic, and natural foods.
Its funny how when everyone first heard I was going vegetarian...AGAIN...they're initial reaction???
"You're not going to last" "You love bacon too much" but the most important question.."WHY?"
Well here is what I'm going to say, yes i will last, ya i do LOVE bacon, but that's okay, I don't need that anymore, and as for why, because for me, it's healthier, and i don't feel yucky after a meal and I feel more energized.
The one best decision I've made so far for 2013 is becoming vegetarian and to try eating natural and organic foods. And it is one that I intend on keeping for the rest of my life. I've been enjoying playing around and cooking food as well.
In the past month, although I still eat a few "junk" food (mostly popcorn and ice cream and of course CHOCOLATE) I feel more healthy than I ever have.
As well as being vegetarian and eating healthy, today I decided to not drink (except for wine or champagne on special occasions) until i get to my ultimate goal weight :D
And tomorrow I will be going hiking which should be soo much fun :D
I know this post is probably boring and doesn't make sense, but I'm just writing this for myself :D
btw...this would be helpful and better if for those of you who do read it have something you would like me to write about. so don't be shy feel free to give me comments, questions anything...just nothing negative please :D
