Hey everyone,
So the one main problem I've been having this whole week has been motivation. Haven't been to the gym (except for my 7 mile hike on Tuesday!) this whole week, eaten healthy (or even correctly). My motivation has been lacking!
One thing for me that is hard is trying to stay focused and motivated. I get lazy and just want to stay at home and eat chocolate! :D Usually its also hard to stay focused and motivated during school but I'm hoping starting Monday (when I start the semester) it wont be so hard for me, i can get back on track with what I eat and my exercise regime!
It is also hard for my to stay motivated cause my weight on the scale hasn't really changed between 162 or 164. I know I'm not supposed to focus so much on what the scale is saying, but i don't feel any different in my clothes either. Although my C.I.L. told me that I look like I lost weight (apparently my shoulders look smaller?) well anyways, while I've been struggling with my motivation it's time for me to get back on track.
